With an REACH campaign activity in the capital Athens last weekend, Greek children demanded a  "clean up the world" from decision makers.

The action was organized by the WECF member "Clean up Greece" and was attended by the Athens mayor Ms. Bakojianni.

The children's actions are timely because by the end of November the European parliament and European governments will be deciding how the EU will be dealing with pollution from man-made chemicals in the future.

Clean-up Greece published a brochure explaining the importance of the EU Chemicals Regulation initiative, Registration Evaluation and Authorization of Chemcials (REACH), which is heavily unter attact from the chemical industry associations.
