Duizenden gevallen van borstkanker kunnen worden voorkomen in Nederland en de Europese Unie, door te erkennen dat milieu- en arbeidsgerelateerde risicofactoren bijdragen aan de huidige borstkankerepidemie.

Dit stellen vier organisaties in het persbericht naar aanleiding van de verschijning van de nieuwe brochure "Naar een preventief beleid - Borstkanker en het Milieu", een gezamenlijke uitgave van WECF, Platform Gezondheid en Milieu, VeM, Centrum Vrouw en Milieu en Stichting Ecobaby. De uitgave is te bestellen via de diverse websites en te downloaden.
