On the last day of the Working Group Meeting from 8 to 10 July 2009 in Geneva the Parties to the Convention agreed on the scope of work for the future Task Force on Public Participation in Environmental Decision-making. The Parties decided to establish the Task Force officially at an extraordinary Meeting of the Parties which will be held in April 2010.
"We give women and men the global voice and the local tools they need to protect and improve their home environment".
