On 12 February 2010 WECF and its partner Ecoproject Partnership organised a closing conference which presented the results of the 3-years MATRA project: “ Developing Multi-stakeholder Co-operation in the Areas of Water, Waste and Energy Efficiency in Belarus“. One outcome of this conference are the policy recommendations that were discussed in its draft version which can be found here.
