The advice in this brochure published by the Danish Ministry of the Environment is based on a study of potential endocrine disruptors found in a number of products which women use every day.

The brochure presents women planning to be pregnant as well as those already pregnant with many practical tools and advices on how to diminish their exposure to the potentially negative effects of the products one is using on a everyday basis.

Further, it also includes many useful suggestions on what to avoid when choosing products for the bathroom, housekeeping, use of medicines, food and beverages.
