J'ADAPT: Seminar on local and sustainable foods and agriculture

WECF France and the Slow Food Training Institute are organising a three day seminar for young European students on local, fair and sustainable food.
"J'ADAPT" (I adapt) aims to get young European citizens involved with the issues of food policy. The seminars and workshops intend to promote the use of local produce, diverse diet and conscious consumption.
