De waterproblemen op het Roemeense platteland zijn groot. Droogte, overstromingen,slecht drinkwater, onacceptabele sanitaire voorzieningen.Het is verleidelijk om direct de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Maar Nederlandse partners,waaronder de waterschappen,willen eerst integrale plannen.

Om te voorkomen dat een oplossing elders een probleem veroorzaakt.“Met een masterplan kunnen we nagaan of we op koers liggen”, zegt Petre Brailescu, technisch directeur van het gemeentelijke drinkwaterbedrijf
