As a short introduction to the publication on gender tools, here is the main content of the report:

  • the 3 (or 4) R Method analyses gender aspects of an institution/organisation (structural level) and its „internal and external work“ (inicially designed for local authorities),
  • the Gender Impact Assessment evaluates gender aspects of planned policies of political institutions,
  •   the 4 GeM Steps Method is a simple and short Gender Analysis on project level
  • the Gender Analysis Framework is a detailed Gender Analisis for project planning, monitoring and evaluation.
